Michael Feuerman is a commercial real estate broker and attorney, helping South Florida-based clients to find their ideal office and industrial space for their business location.
He helps clients find the right property, and negotiate lease terms or purchase and sale contracts, as well as sell buildings when they are winding down. He has been a commercial broker since 1999. He lives in Delray Beach with his wife (also a psychotherapist!) and twin daughters. He is a Florida native, and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Michigan Law School. He has also earned the coveted CCIM designation, as a commercial real estate expert.
