Julia Ayraud is a self-care coach and group private practice owner in the Houston, TX area. As a coach, she helps people create quarterly retreats and self-care plans to prevent burnout in their lives and careers and navigate life transitions.
As a person who has been burned out several times before, she is an Enneagram Type 2, Wing 3 personality type, chocoholic, and die hard Jimmy Buffett and Parrot Head fan.
Julia is currently creating a course to help others host personal quarterly retreats and focus on their self-care practices using the areas of the body, mind and soul/spirit.
