Before Addo, Eric was involved in the early development stages of a large insurance marketing company in Portland, Oregon. In a few years, Eric was promoted to director of business development, supporting the company growth from 24 million to well over 100 million dollars in sales.

In 2006, Eric Co-Founded Addo Recovery, building highly recognized and sought out therapy clinics in Utah and Nevada. He co-founded bloomforwomen.com, pathformen.com and domaniforgrief.com, global digital communities supporting individuals in overcoming trauma, addiction and grief and loss. Most recently, Eric has developed the Addo Network, a company supporting therapists in scaling their clinics by managing the entire client experience. They currently work with a select group of clinics throughout the U.S.


Shauna Roberts is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Co-Founder of highly sought out Bridges Counseling Center in Roseville and San Diego California. Additionally, she's an author and community leader for Bloomforwomen.com and domaniforgrief.com. Bridges Counseling Center specializes in addiction, trauma and relationships.
