Tara Arhakos, started her private practice full time in 2013 after getting some motherly advice that it was time to "sink or swim".


Since then she has transitioned from insurance panels to out of network and continues help women discover and redefine themselves throughout the life-span.


Recently, Tara has been expanding her out of the box stye through yoga and Breathwork. She has been developing workshops and workbooks to add more fun and flavor to the world of self-care and self-discovery.



Tammy Berman is a licensed mental health counselor, accredited Collaborative Facilitator, Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, and specializes in helping people through the divorce process, in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and in working with the teen population.


She has built a successful six-figure (and growing) group practice and is the current President of the Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida.



Kym Tolson helps insurance-based therapists learn how to bill insurance correctly and accurately so they can feel empowered in their businesses and so they don't have to pay billers a fortune.


In addition, Kym is a full-time Traveling Therapist, traveling the world and helping other therapists along the way.

  2. Learn how to grow a business & market, getting coaching

  3. Do your money, business and marketing mindset work!

  4. Ask for increases first and drop your lowest paying insurance panels

  5. Check your contract to know the process for yourself and clients

  6. Offer a self-pay rate or sliding scale for current clients

  7. Don't be afraid to lose clients

  8. Save for 3 - 6 months for the transition

  9. Remove your insurance status from listings from the directories and your website.
